My Top 5 ‘must bake’ during the quarantine

You may be knowing that I love to make homemade cakes or other baked goodies. I have not got what I expected from all recipes may be because a few ingredients in the recipe had to be substituted as they were not available in my grocery shop. But a few of them [Minority😂] turned out well just like I wanted them too !and today I will be telling you guys some simple recipes you can make at home even during the quarantine. I have also put the recipe link if you would like to try it out!

Avacado brownies:

When I heard of ‘avocado brownies’ I did not think it will be anything close to appetizing!. But I think everybody should give it a try. I was hoping the flavour of the avocado would not come through! And it did not, there was not a hint of the vegetable, it tasted just like a normal fudge brownie except fudgier! There are many variations in this recipe itself; you can find healthy, vegan and even keto brownie recipes.

Lemon Chiffon Cake:

I have started loving chiffon cakes!. Earlier, it tasted like a normal cake to me but after much understanding about the recipe, and how you have to do so much of work to make just one cake, it was no longer a normal cake. although these cakes have a little extra work I think you should try it. Normally I don't like Lemon cakes because of how tangy they are but this cake did its job!

Mini Pocket Apple Pies:

Apple pies taste good in every way no matter how big or small the pie is. Since I was not a professional chef I did not want to make a huge pie for the first time and then let it go into waste…. I made mini apple pies!. The first time I made them they were burnt and basically rock solid but, the second time they were delish!

Peanut Butter Cookies:

These cookies are just amazing!. I normally don't like to make cookies as they don't turn out well…..but these were just perfect. They were super moist and trust me you can smell the strong smell of these divine cookies while they cook...so make sure you don't stand next to the oven waiting for them to come out.

Classic Chocolate Cake:

I know just making a normal cake sounds so boring but sometimes it is good to just stay safe and cook something you are really good at! I am an expert in chocolate cake and maybe you should try to experiment with different recipes as that will tell you what you are best at! Even if it is a box cake mix….at the end you get cake!Which is good enough.
